Liebes Forum,
ausgehend von einem bestehenden Spiel, habe ich ein Spiel entwickelt, das die grundlegende Spiellogik und Elemente (Karten, Bausteine) übernimmt, aber völlig neue Texte, neues Szenario und neues visuelles Design hat. Ich verwende das von mir (weiter)entwickelte Spiel in kommerziellen Trainings.
Bei der Lizenz des ursprünglichen Spiels heißt es auf GitHub:

--> Muss ich das Spiel, das mich inspiriert hat in irgendeiner Form nennen? Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass es andere Brettspiele aus einem anderen Kontext gibt, die wiederum dieses Spiel inspiriert haben. Wenn eine Person, die das Originalspiel kennt, mein Spiel sieht, erkennt sie natürlich die Inspirationsquelle.
